When pressed by a customer, the button starts a chat with a sales person allowing an interaction with the customer in a live online chat or video session.
Our technology allows the sales agent to interact with the customer’s shopping cart while on a chat or video session with a customer. The sales agent can add recommended upsell items directly into the customer’s cart and can also add a discount to encourage customers to Buy Now! This gives the sales person one last chance to interact with a customer that may abandon the cart before making a purchase decision.
This live interaction between a customer and the sales agent is key to reducing shopping cart abandonment. This can dramatically improve the Conversion Ratio turning items Added to Carts into Completed Sales through the carts.
We are currently contacting large retailers who are interested in licensing the patented shopping cart technology for use with their online customers.
Patent licensing agreements are offered as ‘know-how’ patent licensing and includes several hours of our time to help you activate it. Companies acquiring the licensing will set up the eCart process in their existing system and can control the look and functionality. Licensee is responsible for creation and support of the new eCart system after we set up the cart for you. We generally allocate about 4 hours to set up the Expert Minute system to interact with your existing cart.
